Welcome To NW Dietitian
NW Dietitian is based out of Portland, Oregon. I offer nutrition counseling to children ages 10 and up, adolescents, and adults.
Together we will work to improve your health and wellbeing through food and evidence-based nutrition. I help you navigate nutrition information, and provide you with the fundamentals and confidence you need to make informed nutrition decisions based on your individual health and nutrient needs.
